- Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are listed in GBP and include VAT. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept various payment methods as listed on our website. All payment transactions are subject to authorization and validation checks. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we are unable to verify payment details.
- Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Meditrade UK Ltd. occurs only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and process a refund if payment has already been made.
- Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a shipping fee of £4.95 will apply. While we aim to deliver orders within 24 hours for those placed before 12 p.m., delivery may take between 2-3 business days depending on circumstances outside of our control. Meditrade UK Ltd. cannot be held liable for delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
- Cancellation and Refunds
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the purchase price, including the standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition, including packaging, for a refund to be issued. After the 14-day period has elapsed, returns and refunds will no longer be accepted.
- Limitation of Liability
Meditrade UK Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our maximum liability to you in respect of any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on this website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
