  • Next Day Shipping Fee: A shipping fee of £5.95 applies.
  • Delivery Times: Orders placed before 12 p.m. are typically dispatched within 24 hours. While we strive for next-day delivery, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.
  • Liability: Please note that GentleCare cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

Return and Refund Policy

• Return Period: You may return any product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.
• Condition of Returns: All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
